1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Playlists.com (including lists, rooms, bundles, and contests), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts for users under 18 require parental consent where required by law.
3. User-Generated Content (Lists, Rooms, Bundles)
You retain ownership of your playlists and bundles. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You represent that your lists do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not post illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Sponsored contests must follow our Official Rules.
5. Contests & Sponsorships
Sponsored lists are clearly marked "Sponsored." Winners are selected per published rules. We are not responsible for prize fulfillment by sponsors.
6. Affiliate Links & Monetization
Some lists contain affiliate links. We may earn commissions. See our separate Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Termination & Liability
We may suspend accounts for violations. Limitation of liability: maximum $100 or amount paid in last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
Delaware law applies. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
